Scope & capabilities

A clear project boundary for brand environments that need to work in a real place.

InflatPro works with marketing agencies and brand teams to develop custom inflatable forms and environments around a campaign direction, a site context, and a practical installation plan.

Typically from 2 m in primary dimension. Smaller elements can form part of a larger installation.

How projects begin

A brief, a site context, and the right questions.

We begin with the project rather than a pre-set order quantity. The useful starting point is the campaign objective, the proposed form, and the conditions that affect how it can be deployed.

Creative direction

What should the installation communicate, and how should it read at the intended audience distance?

Site context

Where will it sit, how will people move around it, and what access or overhead conditions need review?

Technical inputs

What needs confirmation for power, anchoring, rigging, venue requirements, and the installation window?

Deployment scope

Scale the review around deployment complexity, not an item count.

Each scope calls for a different level of visual coordination, review, and local site input.

01

Single hero piece

One primary form for a defined campaign moment, focal point, or site position. The review centres on visual role, scale, and the conditions around that placement.

02

2–5 coordinated pieces

A connected set of forms that needs a shared visual language and an installation plan across one environment or programme moment.

03

6–20 rollout

A broader deployment where repeatable artwork review, site inputs, and logistics coordination need to be considered together.

04

20+ multi-site

A distributed programme that needs a clear approval path, local site coordination, and a practical way to review variations across locations.

Collaboration boundary

What we bring to the project, and what remains site-specific.

We take on

  • Creative interpretation of the campaign direction into a physical form or environment.
  • Review of scale, placement, access, power, anchoring, rigging, and installation-window inputs.
  • A project path that connects concept review, fabrication review, test inflation, and site coordination.

We do not take on

  • A retail-style order without a defined project, campaign, or site context.
  • A substitute for local venue approval, site survey, engineering sign-off, or safety responsibility.
  • A universal anchoring, rigging, wind, load, fire-safety, or compliance conclusion before the venue and jurisdiction are known.

Requirements are confirmed per venue by local qualified personnel.
