Common questions
Before the brief.
Should we choose letters, a wordmark or a 3D inflatable logo?
Choose separate letters when the name and spacing are the central message; compare a connected wordmark when joins are part of the identity. A sculptural logo symbol focuses on the mark itself. Share the vector master, brand spacing rules, principal viewing angles and usable footprint before choosing the format.
Do you need vector artwork?
A vector master and brand guidelines help the project team review letterform fidelity.
Can letters be suspended?
Only after the venue confirms rated rigging points, loading limits and installation requirements.
Brief the message and the form together
Custom inflatable numbers can mark an anniversary, launch year or event milestone. Send the exact sequence, approved typography and intended viewing positions; a numeral that reads clearly on a screen still needs a review of its shape and internal openings as a volume.
Treat illumination as a separate proposal
LED inflatable letters require a proposed lighting, power and access arrangement for review. An illuminated inflatable logo also needs an agreed appearance in both lit and unlit conditions. Ask what evidence will be used to assess the proposed surface and light distribution; this page does not establish a lighting system, electrical rating or outdoor suitability.
Keep the enquiry specific
For a custom inflatable logo quote, provide the vector master, brand rules, intended dimensions, venue views and requested dates. Compare a sculptural symbol with a printed mark on another form before approving the approach. The quotation needs to identify the actual design and equipment scope.
