Common questions

Before the brief.

Can a sketch become a form study?

Yes. Share drawings, reference views and the intended setting so the shape can be assessed as a project direction.

Can lighting be integrated?

Lighting direction, power, diffusion and venue approvals are reviewed for each project rather than assumed.

Develop the spatial idea before selecting detail

A custom inflatable sculpture should be described through its principal views, the audience route and the surrounding architecture. For a custom inflatable display, identify whether the object acts as a backdrop, a focal point or a sequence of forms. Send a plan or sketch showing where the audience can approach it.

Review botanical references as physical forms

A custom inflatable flower may depend on petal layering, the centre of the bloom and the intended viewing direction. A giant inflatable plant may instead depend on the relationship between stems, leaves and the overall silhouette. Ask which parts are proposed as volume, artwork or separate elements, and review their placement and support before approving the appearance.
