InflatPro is operated by Tianjin Baizhe Trading Co., Ltd., registered in Tianjin, China. This policy explains how information is handled when you use www.inflatpro.com or submit a project review request.

Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the site. We do not require an account to browse the website.

When you submit a project review request, the form may collect your name, work email, company or agency, project type, approximate project size, indoor or outdoor context, event date, destination, project notes, and one reference image or PDF upload.

Information You Provide

You choose what project context and reference material to provide. Please avoid submitting information that is not needed for the project discussion, including sensitive personal information about another person.

We use submitted information to review the project, understand its creative and site context, respond to your request, and communicate about a potential project conversation.

Technical and Attribution Information

The project review flow may record UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term values from an incoming link, together with the referring page and landing-page URL. This helps us understand how a project inquiry reached the form.

The site stores attribution values in browser session storage so they can remain associated with a later project review request. We do not currently claim to operate behavioral advertising or a separate analytics program through this policy. If analytics or cookies are introduced, this policy will be updated to describe the actual configuration.

How We Use Information

We may use information to review project inquiries, understand project context, respond to submitted requests, manage reference files, communicate about a project, understand how visitors reached the project form, and maintain website security and reliability.

We do not describe this information as being sold or used for behavioral advertising. We do not use the project review flow for automated profiling or automated decision-making.

Reference Files and Uploads

A reference image or PDF is optional unless the form states otherwise. When you provide one, it is used to understand the submitted project and support the project review conversation.

When production delivery is enabled, reference files are intended to be uploaded to Vercel Blob and the resulting file link is included in the project-review notification. Until that configuration is enabled, local development uses a mock delivery path. We do not treat the mock path as the production data-handling arrangement.

Reference files may be deleted when they are no longer reasonably required for the inquiry or project context.

Service Providers

The site may use Vercel for website hosting and application infrastructure, Vercel Blob for reference-file storage when production upload is enabled, and Resend for project-review email delivery when production email is enabled.

These providers may process or store information in jurisdictions where they operate. We do not state a specific storage region or retention period unless it has been verified for the relevant service configuration.

Data Storage and International Processing

Because the website and its planned service providers may operate across jurisdictions, information may be processed or stored outside the place where you are located. We use the providers and configurations needed to operate the project review flow and will update this policy if the relevant data-handling arrangement changes materially.

Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to review and manage the relevant project inquiry, maintain legitimate business records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Reference uploads may be deleted when they are no longer reasonably required for the inquiry or project context.

Data Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the website and the information handled through it. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please share only information that is appropriate for an initial project review.

Your Choices and Requests

Subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements, you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through the project review flow. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Third-Party Links

The website may link to pages or services operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you leave the InflatPro website. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not operate.

Children

The website is intended for professional project discussions and is not directed to children. Please do not submit information belonging to a child through the project review form.
